Raspberry and Peanut butter Porridge


Nothing like a delicious warming bowl of porridge for breakfast on a dreary day! Even made my own raspberry chia seed jam to go on top... Here’s the recipe

•Raspberry jam• 1 cup of frozen raspberries 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup 1 heaped tablespoon of chia seeds 2 drops of dōTERRA lemon oil Over medium low heat melt the raspberries. Once melted add in the maple syrup and stir. Once combine remove from the heat and stir in the chia seed and lemon oil place into a container/jar and let sit for at least 10 minutes while you make your porridge. •Porridge• 1 banana (mash half to go in porridge and slice the other half to go on top) 1/3 cup of wheat free quick oats 2/3 cup of coconut milk A splash of maple syrup 2 drops of doTERRA Essential Oils Australia cinnamon bark oil In a saucepan over medium low heat add all of the porridge ingredients into pan and stir until it has thickened and warmed. Place porridge into bowl and top with a light sprinkle of coconut sugar. Add some peanut butter, your raspberry jam, sliced banana and some frozen raspberries and enjoy!!
