Wholefood super chocolate crackles

Whether it’s a kids party or lunch box snack you won’t be disappointed with these healthier version of a chocolate crackle. 

Wholesome superfood lunch box snack, they are  delicious and nutritious as it contains the powerful superfood CACAO not to be confused with cocoa. High in magnesium which is great for muscle development and calcium absorption. Cacao also contains iron, copper, calcium, potassium, and zinc. Great for young bodies and developing minds! These are gluten free, refined sugar free and dairy free.  


2 cups of brown rice puffs or quinoa puffs

1/4 cup dessicated coconut (optional) 

2 tablespoons of cacao nibs for crunch (optional)

Combine these ingredients in a bowl

In another bowl combine the wet ingredients 

1/2 cup of maple syrup 

1/2 cup of melted coconut oil

1/2-1/4 cup of cacao depending on how chocolately you like it, remember cacao has a more bitter taste than cocoa.

Mix until combine then add the wet ingredients to the dry and once all combine put into muffin cases and set in the fridge for an hour or two.
