Jessica and Carol Maybury are a mother daughter duo and Certified Holistic Health Coaches bringing wholesome treats and wellness education to the central west and beyond. After studying Integrative Nutriton Jessica and Carol have come to realise healthy food and lifestyle changes can dramatically effect a persons health in a positive way, their passion is to pass on this knowledge to others. Carol's health journey is living proof diet and lifestyle changes can have a major effect on a persons health and wellbeing.
